Bechtel – Field Engineering Lead

In this role, you will administer a team and provide leadership in field engineering for the planning and packaging of work, materials management, estimates, safety and quality control, technical inspection, and knowledge of testing and subcontractor coordination. You will oversee that field engineering activities are safe, complete, and meet quality standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to your area of responsibility and interact with all other work site sections.


• Proactively engage in team development through CPM, competency evaluation, and feedback.


• Develop and recommend engineering staffing plans for construction.
