About the Role

Job Scope
  • Match suitable domestic helpers with families proactively.
  • Working closely with helpers, employers, and other stakeholders for order closing and deployments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Conduct interviews with helpers and prepare the biodata.
  • Issue resolution.
Job Requirements
  • At least CEI (Basic) certification.
  • At least 1 year experience in employment agency for domestic helpers.
  • Strong sales mindset, independent, and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Team-player.
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Schedule

5-day work week (on roster basis)

Working Hours

10am to 7pm
