About the Role

Umdloti. Bold, trendy and rapidly growing Restaurant Group is looking for a skilled Pizza Maker / Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. Previous experience in pizza preparation and a passion for delivering consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, stretch and portion pizza dough to company standards

  • Assemble and cook pizzas according to menu specifications

  • Prepare and replenish toppings and ingredients

  • Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld

  • Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and assist with deliveries

  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods


Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizza Chef or similar
