Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly - ***-240 - Per hour, not OT
Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour, no OT
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
ASAP- as soon as credentialed - 6 months to a year
• Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1 hour lunch
• Frequency: Monday - Friday, every week- no call, would also consider someone who could do only a few days/week
Facility Location: 1595 Soquel, Suite 400, Santa Cruz, CA
Setting: Internal Medicine- will consider a strong FP but that is not ideal.
