Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document patient progress per facility policy.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred.
