We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant, Per Diem - Physical Therapy / Hospital.

In this role, the successful candidate Works as part of a team to provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist. Provides appropriate therapy to promote the improvement of mobility, functional ability, and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned

Implements appropriate interventionstreatment as indicated by the patient's functional status, diagnosis, and age in conjunction with the supervising therapists established plan of care.

Maintains accurate, complete, and timely documentation reflecting the interventions and education provided, interdisciplinary communication, and plan of care.
