• Pay Rate: $65.00 $70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 5x8 Days, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary

Critical Access Hospital. Primarily outpatient, but will also cover some inpatient and SNF.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services
• Cover inpatient physical therapy needs as required
• Provide skilled nursing facility (SNF) physical therapy services as needed
