Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluations and 60-minute initial evaluations with subsequent 30-minute follow-ups.
