JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated, orthopedic-focused Physical Therapist to join our Total Joint Program, a unique hybrid role supporting patients across the full surgical continuum of care — from Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) to post-operative Home Physical Therapy. This clinician will work directly with total hip and total knee replacement patients, delivering structured education, early mobility training, and post-operative rehabilitation.
