+ Dedicated, flexible ramp up time when you join our practice
+ Choose your patient volume based on what matters to you within supported ranges, and volume expectations are not increased without your involvement and consent
+ We offer a 30-minute block of documentation time for every half day of patient care and overlap rules are defined and protected
+ Flexible schedules like 4/10’s, two late evenings with 3 shorter days, etc.
+ Base pay always guaranteed while working for ROC - productivity is not used to reduce base compensation
+ Bonuses are based on performance and paid biannually if eligible (but do not impact base pay)
