We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Jacksonville with pay ranging form 80K-130K. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries or surgeries, manage pain, and regain movement and strength.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan
• Document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
