Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist (New Graduates are welcome to apply)
Job duties and responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Outpatient Physical Therapy
• Treat referred patients using evidence-based care that helps them move better, recover efficiently, and function with confidence.
• Create Real, Patient - Centered Progress
• Provide clear, intentional care that builds trust, keeps patients engaged, and leads to meaningful outcomes-not just completed visits.
• Practice With Professionalism and Consistency
• Maintain a reliable, organized approach so every patient receives the same high standard of care at every visit.
• Collaborate Across the Clinic
• Work alongside the care team to support coordinated treatment and a smooth, connected patient experience.
