PHP Developer – Technical Support & Product

We are looking for a skilled PHP developer who will work closely with both our customer service and development teams. You will split your time between supporting customers in implementing key integrations and developing new features that enhance the product and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Technical Support

• Lead technical onboarding and integration calls with customers and their IT teams — covering Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0), course data mapping, EAB data exports, Salesforce integrations, and Microsoft Teams setup.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for the customer success team, handling escalated questions and proactively follow up with customers through multi-exchange correspondence until integrations are fully completed.
