About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Trainee or qualified Phlebotomist to join our Patient Services Department!
In this role you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, treating every individual with dignity, respect, and courtesy. You will be responsible for collecting samples from patients for medical, diagnostic, and therapeutic purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all procedures.
About you:
- Compassionate and patient focused with a passion for providing high quality care to the community.
- Registration with the Medical Sciences Council and a current Annual Practising Certificate as a Medical Laboratory Pre-Analytical Technician in Patient Services (desirable, but not essential)
- A valid New Zealand full or restricted driver’s licence.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand required
