Main Responsibilities

• Lead the phase team in contributing to the vision and strategic direction of the school, ensuring alignment with the school s Key Drivers, School Development Plan and USPs.
• Drive and lead initiatives that secure continuous school improvement, creating innovative and effective approaches that raise standards across the phase.
• Establish and communicate a clear, ambitious vision for the phase that promotes innovative learning experiences and consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Lead the MER (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Review) process across the phase, ensuring rigorous quality assurance of teaching, learning, and standards.
