About the Role
Are you a pharmacy student eager to gain hands-on experience in an inpatient setting? UPMC Shadyside Hospital is looking for pharmacy students interested in gaining valuable inpatient experience, to join their team!
You will be trained to have a strong foundation in the operations of pharmacy- automation, robot, dispensing, delivery, IV room, narcotic processes, or satellite. In the summer you will have project time and shadow a Unit Base Pharmacist in P-3 year.
This is a casual intern position.
+ Day shift start times are typically between 6:00 am and 6:30 am until 2:30 pm or 3:00 pm.
+ Evening shift will typically be 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
