Pharmacy Assistant

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescribed medications to patients.

Inventory & Stock Management

Receive, check, and store pharmaceutical supplies.

Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and assist in stock replenishment to avoid shortages.

Administrative & Documentation Work

Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, stock movements, and billing.

Assist in preparing daily reports, filing, and other clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.

Compliance & Safety

Follow hospital, pharmacy, and Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.

Ensure safe handling and storage of medicines, including controlled drugs, under pharmacist supervision.
