**Pay Rate:** $64 / hour

**Position:** **Clinical Pharmacist**
**Work Order Commitment (WOC) for 6 months, Schedule (Monday through Friday, Regular Business Hours)**
**Primary Location: Lower Buckeye Jail Administrative Office**
**Supporting Documentation/Additional Qualifications:**
+ Copy of diploma/transcripts to support graduation with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from a program accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
