Summary The Associate Chief of Clinical Pharmacy Service, is a licensed pharmacist responsible for assisting the Chief of Pharmacy in the planning, directing and coordinating of comprehensive and complex pharmacy activities at all Aleda E. Lutz VAMC sites through effective management of resources. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: The Associate Chief of Clinical Pharmacy, is responsible for providing leadership, direction, organization, planning, and implementation of clinical pharmacy programs across inpatient and outpatient services including CBOC locations. The Pharmacy Service offers a full range of pharmaceutical and clinical services to include, but not limited to, unit dose dispensing, intravenous (IV) admixture program, and specialized clinical pharmacy services.
