PGD Maintenance Specialist - Boron, CA

The maintenance specialist will be a Subject mattery expert in inverter and battery technology in the region regarding to operations, maintenance, and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have OEM experience on inverter or battery technology. The maintenance specialist will work directly with the regional manager, regional reliability engineer, and field team in executing the daily work management process as well as enhancing the maintenance program. Specific focus will be work management process owner, special projects coordinator – regionally, materials management for critical major components, contractor coordination, RCA facilitation, change management owner – regionally, and trainer to technology specific opportunities for the field team. The maintenance specialist will be involved in the daily work management process and continuous improvement process including identifying and executing replication opportunities.
