We are seeking a Retail Operations Officer (Systems) to support the execution, control, and continuous improvement of retail operations.

The role focuses on sales operations support, transaction review, system coordination, UAT testing, and process monitoring , working closely with local teams and support functions to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and effective issue resolution.

This position also plays a key role in driving workflow improvements and enhancing operational controls across retail sites.
