Pet hotel and daycare administrator/handler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Enrichment Pet daycare administrator/ handler to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to pet owners. You will oversee daily indoor administrative matters and operations, ensure safety of dogs.

Experience: 2+ years in animal care or pet services administrative experience preferred

Job Description:

Administrative liaison with clients

Ensure a clean, safe, and enriching environment for dogs of all breeds and sizes

Supervise dog playgroups and monitor canine behavior

Timely updates and communicate effectively with parents and guardians about pet's behaviours

Maintain accurate records and uphold health/safety protocols

Job Requirements:
General Diploma
Customer service orientated and meticulous with administration
Strong communication and good team player
Passion for working with pets and patient with pets
