Personal Lines Claims Administrator : Ream Insurance - Based in Waterkloof

Join a dynamic insurance team as a Personal Lines Claims Administrator . You’ll be responsible for end-to-end claims processing, client communication, and documentation. Strong admin, accuracy, customer service skills and time management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer and manage personal lines insurance claims
  • Liaise with clients, assessors, and service providers
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
  • Provide professional customer service throughout the claims process

Requirements :

  • Matric
  • RE5 qualification
  • DOFA
  • Class of Business certification (Personal & Commercial Lines)
  • Additional qualifications (e.g., BCom, BA) an advantage
