Description: MALE SUPPORT WORKER ONLY Please respond with an alternative day or time availability, the client is looking for a morning service, flexible on days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) Please inform us if the same worker would also be available for an ongoing Monday morning service. Personal care 1 hour Showering Level of assistance: Supervision- leaning towards physical assistance Equipment in use: Shower chair Mobility /Transfers: Walter uses his four-wheeled walker and walking stick Setting up area (clothes, towel etc): towel is on the rail in the bathroom. Undressing/ dressing: Only supervising, help when he needs. Assistance in the shower: Assisting Walter only if he needed Getting dry: No assisting just supervision.
