Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
  • Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience.
  • Facilitate client conversations about banking services and recommend alternative channels.
  • Review customer profiles and engage them in needs‑based conversations to identify opportunities.
  • Support operational activities such as inventory management, escalated service requests, application follow‑ups, filing, and closing activities.
  • Act as a lobby leader, welcoming customers and offering digital and self‑serve options.
  • Follow risk and compliance processes and policies to safeguard customers’ assets and maintain privacy.
