Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
- Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience.
- Facilitate client conversations about banking services and recommend alternative channels.
- Review customer profiles and engage them in needs‑based conversations to identify opportunities.
- Support operational activities such as inventory management, escalated service requests, application follow‑ups, filing, and closing activities.
- Act as a lobby leader, welcoming customers and offering digital and self‑serve options.
- Follow risk and compliance processes and policies to safeguard customers’ assets and maintain privacy.
- Contribute to meeting branch business results and the overall customer experience.
- Adapt to work at multiple branches or various channels with a schedule that may vary week to week.
