About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Personal Assistant / Relocation Coordinator to support a family transitioning to life in Coral Gables. You’ll work as the right hand to a non-Spanish-speaking principal, helping her and her family settle into their new home and community. From school enrollment and household setup to personal errands and day-to-day logistics, you’ll be a steady, capable presence during this key transition period.

Duties:

  • Help the principal and her family acclimate to their new life in Coral Gables

  • Manage school enrollment and onboarding for two children (at different schools)
