Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, and business trips;
- manage schedules and send reminders; handle receptions for key clients; assist in business negotiations and conference coordination;
- draft and organize meeting minutes and important documents;
- ensure proper archiving and confidentiality of materials;
- convey the Chairman's instructions and follow up on task implementation;
