About the Role
Salary Expectations: Hourly: 37.00 - $40.00/hour depending on experience.
Annual: $79,960 - $83,200 18% Perm Placement Fee As a Medical Technologist Lead ,we are inviting you to join our robust Laboratory Team in a 25 bed critical access hospital, featuring state of the art equipment. Under limited or no supervision, performs laboratory tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs other related duties following established standards and practices. In addition to essential functions, the Lead Technologist supervises general technical procedures and policies of the laboratory in the department assigned. This Lead position has oversight of moderate, high complex Blood Bank testing, as well as waived Point of Care. Candidate must be MLS(MT) at have at least 1-year direct experience in Blood Bank.
