About the Role

Join the Global Cybersecurity team of one of the largest financial institutions in the world as a Performance Test Lead. The department is responsible for enabling businesses and functions to manage their information, technology and cybersecurity risks by ensuring these are well-understood, and that controls used to manage such events are defined, assessed and implemented appropriately.

Your role
  • Lead the test team by setting clear plans, strategies, and actions
  • Ensure development projects meet deadlines, business, and user needs
  • Establish and improve test team principles and strategies
  • Develop project-level automation frameworks for efficient testing
