Performance Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead digital acquisition, performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRM-driven lead generation for our residential real estate projects.

Key Requirements:

✔ 5–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation

✔ Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM Integration, WhatsApp Automation & Lead Nurturing Workflows

✔ Experience managing large advertising budgets and agency partners

✔ Real Estate experience preferred

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the complete customer journey from Lead → Qualified Lead → Site Visit → Booking , with a focus on improving lead quality, conversions, and marketing ROI.
