About the Role
**Job Description**
The Per Diem Nursing leader is responsible for the overall strategic planning for all clinical programs to ensure implementation of the mission, philosophy, patient care standards and nursing informatics to support quality nursing practice. S/he is accountable for the budget planning and resources to enhance the quality of patient care, personnel and resource management, and in collaboration with senior nursing leadership, the annual goals, objectives and fiscal targets.
**Qualifications**
7+ years minimum demonstrated clinical and administrative expertise in area of nursing practice assigned.
**Education Requirements**
+ Master’s in Nursing/Health related field is required, Doctoral degree preferred.
