People & Talent Generalist - Recruit, Onboard, Engage

Jobtailor seeks a Talent Acquisition professional in Colombia to drive full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience across the organization. You will build talent pools, partner with Hiring Managers, and coach managers on recruitment topics while delivering HR updates to HQ.
