Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our People Service Families division, delivering effective, evidence-based people solutions, support and advice to enable the organisation to achieve its people priorities and address key workforce challenges. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple people matters simultaneously, providing commercially focused guidance across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, change management, and employment legislation, while ensuring consistency and compliance.

Pinnacle Service Families manages 49,000 military family homes across the UK – one of the largest and most significant contracts within Pinnacle Group.
