People Operations Specialist

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR, or a generalist role with significant operational scope

• Experience working in a scaling, international, or operationally complex environment, required. You know what it’s like to build without a full playbook

• Experience managing multi-country payroll and employee administration across

• Working knowledge of Spanish labor law administration — required. Exposure to US employment law (federal and state level) is a strong plus; UK or Canadian experience is also valued
