- The People Experience team is a global group of seven, supporting colleagues across several countries. They handle employee relations, HR operations, and payroll, and they work closely with People Partners, IT, and Finance. The team offers a flexible working setup and takes care of a wide mix of responsibilities, including employment contracts, legal compliance, HR projects, continuous improvement, and day-to-day HR processes.
