Mission
Design, deliver and continuously improve a people development strategy that equips TEKEVER colleagues with the skills, leadership and career pathways required to meet current and future business needs as People Development Specialist.
What will be your responsibilities:
Design and implement learning programmes across technical, leadership and soft-skill areas aligned with company priorities.
Manage end-to-end training activities: needs analysis, curriculum design, sourcing/internal delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
Partner with business leaders and people managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
Develop and maintain induction and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for new hires.
