Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, the People & Culture Specialist is an experienced, high‑performing HR qualified team player who provides inclusive, trusted, expert‑level HR support to employees and people leaders across the organization. The role serves as a key business partner, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective delivery of People & Culture operations, HR services, and initiatives. The Specialist supports clients and coordinates complex workplace matters within a unionized environment, including labour relations, workplace investigations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, learning and development and change management. The role requires exceptional time management, solid knowledge of employment legislation and strong communication, data and technology capabilities.
