People & Culture Specialist — On-site Helsinki

Huawei Finland Research Center is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Helsinki. You will handle onboarding and offboarding, internal communications and events, reporting to the HR Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field, 2–4 years of HR experience, knowledge of Finnish labour law, TIPAL agreements and GDPR, and excellent English skills. Finnish language is beneficial.
