The People & Culture Executive is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, and policy administration. This role partners with department heads to build a positive workplace culture, ensure operational excellence, and maintain adequate manpower to support business growth.

Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
  2. Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop manpower plans.
  3. Monitor headcount, workforce planning, and recruitment progress to ensure sufficient staffing across all outlets.
