People Coordinator

Your Mission

You will be joining Teya’s People Partnering team, supporting our Product and Engineering organisation. Our People Partners work closely with leaders to solve real business challenges, and you will keep the operational engine behind that work running smoothly, accurately, and at pace. You will touch every part of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, from routine data changes to employee relations support, with genuine room to grow in the direction your strengths and interests take you.

Your Responsibilities

People service and ticketing

• Own the People Partnering Jira ticketing queue, resolving employee queries end-to-end within agreed SLAs.
• Be the first point of contact for questions on policies, processes, and lifecycle events.

People operations and HRIS

• Process all lifecycle changes in HiBob: new starters, leavers, contract changes, reporting line updates, and ...
