We are looking for a Senior Consultant (Senior) with experience in delivering HR Mergers and Acquisitions / HR Transactions Projects to join the People Consulting team. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the HR Transactions PMO by supporting project governance, tracking milestones, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across HR Transactions emphasizing on post-merger integration, spin-offs and carve-outs

  • Assist end-to-end delivery for global transaction assignments and manage stakeholder communication across multiple time-zones
