Role Purpose Statement
The People and Culture Officer plays a crucial role in implementing Busara’s talent and people strategies, supporting the organization’s growth, and enhancing the employee experience. As an advisory firm, Busara operates in a consulting firm set up, managing multiple teams in different geographies.
