PEME Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Informs, notifies and answers client inquiries through email, telephone, and other social media platforms used in communication regarding the patient’s medical status.
• Sends medical reports for client/company approval and additional requirements in case of patient’s pending medical examination.
• Facilitates endorsed rush patients by checking and monitoring endorsements through referral forms, email, and phone calls, and follow‑up patient results with various units for PEME status.
• Coordinates and sends test results to the client/company and ensures that the policy is followed prior to sending to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Coordinates with the accredited health card (HMO) agency by contacting the person in‑charge to secure approval.
