ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Prospero Teaching is looking for an Outreach Tutor to deliver bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people in Ponteland who are not currently attending school.

This role is specifically focused on supporting pupils with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN), and therefore requires tutors with proven experience using Makaton and/or PECS. You must be confident in implementing these communication strategies to support engagement, understanding, and progress.

As an Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of each pupil. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced educator who is passionate about inclusive education and looking to offer more personalised, meaningful learning experiences outside of the classroom.
