Job description & specific requirements:Job Summary:
- We are looking for a technician who have the skills to read/interpret blueprints & part specifications, part number release into the APTIV system database as well as the part attributes, and data package preparation for part validation.
As well to provide technical support to Purchased Part & Application Engineers.
Liaison between Application Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier Quality Engineering and Suppliers.
Specific Requirements:
- Blueprint/specification read/interpretation.
- Experience dealing with suppliers, and indirect customers.
- 80% English.
- Interpersonal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive
As a service dept. such as Purchased Part Engineering, is crucial new part number submission/release, their drawing upload and part attributes in our Global Engineering tools, as well as data package part validation.
