About the Role

In this role, you will architect our internal Process Design Kit, bridging device physics and system-level simulation. Your work will involve developing compact models, managing a library of pcells, and ensuring accuracy across simulations. Collaborate with a talented team to tackle complex challenges and drive forward cutting-edge technology in photonics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Python-based library of pcells
• Create and verify behavioral compact models for devices
• Build automated workflows for parameter extraction
