We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Risk Management Team. This role will be based in Manila. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Lead end to end client relationships.Grow business portfolio via renewal yield and new business.Pro-actively contribute to internal initiatives such as but not limited to productivity, revenue monitoring and forecast management.Maintain and expand a book of business comprised of high‑yield and/or large accounts; meet or exceed personal sales targets and revenue objectives.Advise the industry or regional leadership on organization standards and best practices for account retention and expansion, including: targeted opportunity identification, market research, and development of quantitative and qualitative presentations.Develop and refine methodologies for acc...
