Payroll Transformation Manager

Job Description We are looking for a candidate who will act as a trusted payroll partner, working collaboratively across teams to enhance ways of working and ensure sustainable, practical improvements within BAU payroll operations. The role will also play a key part in bridging transformation initiatives with operational delivery to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities Partner with Payroll Delivery teams to review and continuously improve BAU payroll processes while maintaining Delivery ownership. Collaborate with Payroll Service teams to analyse trends, queries, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Support the development of efficient and accurate payroll processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
