Payroll Specialist

JOB MAIN PURPOSE

The HR payroll position acts as the first contact point for all payroll-related matters in Bayer Philippines legal entities. He/she will implement and follow the standard procedures of payroll to enable the correctness and accuracy of payroll. He/she is also responsible for performing transactional tasks and general administration of standardized processes in the assigned legal entity.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with payroll vendors all payroll related transactions.
• Ensures appropriate documentation of current status of employees’ queries, via , to secure on appropriate action at the given turnaround time.
• Prepare payroll related reports requested by stakeholders.
• Prepare month end closing payroll and timekeeping reports.
• Coordination with the vendor and perform final pay for all resigned employees for final pay computation.
