About the Role

Our client is a MNC in the Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their Compensations & Benefits team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.

The responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist includes:
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including overtime and reimbursement validation
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll and personnel records in HRM systems
  • Oversee leave administration and system updates for entitlements
  • Track and follow up on contract renewals, confirmations, and resignations
  • Handle payroll and statutory-related queries and service requests
  • Coordinate exit clearance procedures for departing employees
  • Liaise with system vendors for enhancements to meet policy needs
